The program Slab is used for design of foundation mats (rafts) and slabs of any shape on elastic subsoil or piles, using the Finite Element Method.
Main Features
- Automatic mesh elements generator with mesh refinement around points or lines;
- Modelling of subsoil or piles foundation under the slab;
- Concentrated and distributed supports (fixed, spring);
- Winkler-Pasternak model of subsoil (parameters of subsoil C1, C2);
- Simple introduction of beams using cross-section parameters;
- Force and deformation loads;
- Any number of load cases;
- Arbitrary number of load cases and combinations;
- Automatic generator of load combinations according to EN 1990 (EC 0);
- Determination of required reinforcement for bending and shear verification (dimensioning);
- Data import-export in DWG, DXF format;
